Tom's career in the insurance industry began in 1966. He fulfilled his desire for his own agency in 1981 with the establishment of Thomas & Thomas Insurance. His goal has always been to recognize the customer's needs and handle them on a personal and professional level. He has taken great steps in developing and training his staff to meet this goal.

He takes great pride in providing quality insurance products with both Mercury Insurance and The Hartford for nearly 20 years. Thomas & Thomas successfully retains over 90% of their customers year after year. A true testament to his dedication and commitment.
